PokeMotor values user privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through pokemotor.com, how we use it, and how to contact us about your data. We do not sell email addresses or other personal information submitted through the site.

Information we collect

What you may provide to us

We only collect the information needed to run the site, manage the email updates list, and respond to inquiries.

  • Email address submitted through the email updates form.
  • Basic request and anti-spam context such as IP address and security verification status.
  • Any information you voluntarily send to support@pokemotor.com.

Membership checkout does not happen on this site. If you join the PokeMotor Collective, Whop collects and processes your account, checkout, and payment information under Whop’s own privacy policy. PokeMotor does not receive your card details. When you connect Discord through Whop, Whop shares the linked Discord account and active-membership status with the PokeMotor Collective Discord server. The PokeMotor bot uses that status after the Welcome and Tour Guide steps to grant or remove member access.

How we use it

Site operation and communication

We use submitted information to operate the updates list, protect the site, and communicate about PokeMotor.

  • Add signups to the PokeMotor email updates list.
  • Send occasional product updates, new retailer announcements, and major platform news.
  • Reduce spam, bot signups, and abuse of the updates form.
  • Measure site usage, successful signups, and clicks on membership links.

Service providers

Third-party tools used on the site

PokeMotor relies on a small number of third-party providers to run the public site and membership.

  • Buttondown is used to store and manage email updates subscribers.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to verify that a signup is submitted by a human.
  • Vercel Analytics is used for website analytics, accepted signup events, and membership link clicks.
  • Whop handles membership checkout, billing, cancellation, Discord linking, and active-membership status.
  • Discord hosts the PokeMotor Collective community that membership unlocks.

Updates list details

Email and anti-spam handling

When you submit the updates form, your email address is validated, anti-spam checks may run, and your request may include technical context needed to complete the signup safely.

If Turnstile is enabled, the security token is verified on the server before a signup is accepted. If the email provider needs IP-based anti-abuse context, that information may be sent as part of the signup request.

Access, updates, and removal

Every update email includes an unsubscribe link. If you want to update or remove your information on the updates list, you can also contact us at support@pokemotor.com. Membership, billing, and Discord connection settings are managed in your Whop account.
